Not getting along with your partner can make you feel very frustrated and lonely. Couples therapy provide effective ways to repair and improve your relationship. I can help you learn to communicate and reconnect.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 & 2), EMDR therapy, and Tier 1 training in Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS). I have a comfort practicing under a variety of theories and techniques. Specific areas of clinical focus include: relationships trauma behavioral & emotional concerns depression anxiety and transitions. My greatest passion is working with couples and individuals who are looking for tools to navigate relationship difficulties, traumas, and major life transitions. Modalities I use in my practice are: Gottman Method Couple Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, Mindfulness, Trauma Focus-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Therapy, etc.

I approach therapy with warmth, and acceptance. My mode of treatment is designed to get you back to living the life you want. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where I help my clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore new ways of being in the world.
