Therapy allows us to hold space for the parts of ourselves that are struggling with past wounds or that we have not fully met. By untangling the past, we can begin to heal these wounds and reclaim our lives. I passionately serve the mental health needs of my clients using inclusive therapeutic theories and techniques that consider larger systemic forces. My therapeutic style is best described as eclectic and utterly human. I practice therapy through a relational, trauma-informed lens that utilizes skills from variety of therapies such as internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. Together, we will work in collaboration to co-create an approach to healing that is empowering, acknowledges your strengths, and sees you for the wonderfully complex human you are.

Therapeutic exploration asks you to be vulnerable. An ingredient that is necessary to being vulnerable is feeling comfortable with the person across the screen from you. So let me tell you a bit about me! I am white, queer, and neurodivergent. In and out of the therapy space, I am sex-positive, sex worker friendly, poly-friendly, kink aware & affirming, and Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned. I am very passionate about sexual health, our connection to our sexual self, and our relationship with our bodies. As such, I value creating space to deconstruct internalized messages about sex, sexuality, and bodies. It is so empowering to create your own values around sex/relationships and bodies. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy hiking with my dog Frida, reading, baking, listening to podcasts, and weightlifting.
