My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide a safe, honest, and empathetic space for you to work on stressors affecting you today and to try to find more meaning, balance, and happiness in your life. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults specializing in issues surrounding trauma, work stress, depression and attachment injuries. My approach is strength based, grounded in helping to build healthy relationships with others, and focus on your own personal goals. I integrate various evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy in order to help you explore and work on concerns you bring to therapy.

I strongly believe that everyone is entitled to fair access to mental health services that are client centered and focused on your unique lived experienced. Although I am a person who comes with my own biases, opinions, and experiences in life, the therapeutic process should be one that is about you, your gains, and your struggles. You should expect a warm environment that considers your unique contributions and experiences in the world.
