My Background and Approach
I have been in the Mental Health field for 10 years now. I have experience working in various settings with different populations. I've worked with children, teens, adults, and older adults. My passion now is working with adults. I believe that in Therapy it is not a "one size fits all." I do my best to tailor treatment to each individual to meet his/her needs. The clinical approaches I tend to use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic approach. I believe in conducting a thorough assessment to assist in evaluating your needs. The treatment planning approach that I take is a collaborative one. I am not an expert on your life but I can offer skills/a new insight to assist you in meeting your treatment goals.
