My Background and Approach
My primary goal is to facilitate a safe and nourishing place for my clients, where they can explore their feelings, thoughts, and patterns in a compassionate environment, so that they can discover the healing available to them. Drawing from evidence-based modalities, our work together will be tailored to your specific needs but will incorporate Restoration Therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, Trauma-focused CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Art Therapy. Together we can regulate your nervous system, identify attachment wounds, reparent abandoned parts, process trauma, build a “tool box” to utilize in times of emotional dysregulation, and empower you to own your voice.
