About My Clients
My clients want a new ending to their story, to break free from unhelpful cycles and to finally drop the weight of generational baggage. I specialize in relationships and empowerment. If you want things to feel better, you want to do better, to have better connection and to feel more seen, heard and valued, we might be a great fit. You deserve to be the lead role in your story, and you deserve a life and love that fulfills you and brings great joy. I am here to help with that.
My Background and Approach
I care deeply about your experience. I want to know you, not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person. I want to understand what you desire from the world and what is unfolding in your life across the past, present, and future. My role is to help bridge the gap between the version of you that exists today and the "best self" you describe to me. Together, we stop simply managing the damage and start actively building. In my work with couples, this means moving beyond "refereeing" conflict. I take each person’s unique experience, identity, and desires into account to form a common goal. Whether we are navigating the transition into parenthood, healing from relational trauma, or breaking free from toxic cycles, we work as a team. With over a decade of experience and thousands of hours of evidence-based training, I provide the empathy and efficiency needed to help you write a new ending to your story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all born into stories we didn't write. Many of us spend our lives playing out scripts handed down by our families, our culture, or our past traumas. My core belief is that while you didn't choose your starting point, you have the absolute right and the internal power to choose your direction. I believe therapy is a collaborative act of liberation. It’s about more than just 'feeling better'; it’s about reclaiming your agency, untangling yourself from toxic cycles, and finally giving yourself permission to be the person you were meant to be before the world told you who you had to be.
