About My Clients
I work with individuals 11+ navigating a variety of life challenges ✨ including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, personality disorders, self-harm, and grief. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create a supportive space to better understand what you’re going through and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and take a collaborative, thoughtful approach to therapy. Many clients come in feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, whether that shows up as anxiety, relationship stress, low self-worth, or a sense that something isn’t working the way it used to. We begin by slowing things down and making sense of what’s happening, building insight into thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. From there, we work toward creating more effective ways of coping, communicating, and responding so things feel more manageable. I often draw from CBT to challenge unhelpful thinking and support behavior change, while also integrating relational approaches to explore deeper patterns. My style is warm, honest, and grounded in real-life application, with a focus on helping clients feel both supported and challenged.
