I help individuals identify the triggers, stressors, and underlying blocks that keep them wondering why they can’t overcome difficult emotions. It's my passion to work with people who are struggling with mental health disorders and emotional crises in order to help them adapt and learn the skills to empower themselves and improve their lives.
