About My Clients
Many of my clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying burdens on their own. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, codependency, and life transitions. Some struggle with intrusive thoughts, self-criticism, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Others are working through the impact of difficult past experiences and looking for healthier ways to cope.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health and private practice settings, as well as seven years in suicide prevention. I specialize in working with OCD, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing occurs when people feel understood rather than judged. I strive to provide a supportive space where you can build insight, confidence, and lasting growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value authenticity, inclusivity, and creating a space where clients can explore all parts of themselves safely. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years working in suicide prevention, which deepened my commitment to supporting individuals through life’s most difficult moments. I am passionate about helping people build self-understanding, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their values.
