About My Clients
Maybe you feel deeply, feel stuck in past grief or trauma, or have talked things through before but haven’t felt that embodied shift you crave.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. I use mindfulness-based art therapy and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to help you access insight and healing beyond just talking about things. I also integrate CBT and DBT, offering practical skills alongside deeper emotional work. We move at your pace, and your inner wisdom guides the process. It can be hard to find the right therapist. If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to connect for a fit check call! Every session is collaborative and tailored to your needs. It’s up to you to decide if you want to incorporate art-making or guided mindfulness, or just talk. I welcome all identities and enjoy working with neurodivergent and queer communities, and those who have experienced grief, trauma, and anxiety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all deserve to have a space where all of our parts are welcome and we can explore the beautiful messiness of being fully human.
