I work with late teens, college students and adults facing anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles and life transitions. Many of my clients are expats, young professionals or creatives adjusting to a new culture, balancing ambition with well-being, or trying to figure out what truly fulfills them. Therapy with me is a supportive space where we untangle what’s weighing you down, make sense of your experiences, and help you reach your goals and full potential.
My Background and Approach
I received my undergraduate and graduate training at Columbia University, and have worked both in college counseling and community mental health settings. My approach is warm, interactive and deeply attuned to you. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll actively help you explore patterns, make connections and build stronger relationships.

Having grown up between Italy and the U.S., I have a special interest in working with international clients and those navigating big transitions. Adjusting to a new country, school, career or phase of life can bring uncertainty and self-doubt, leaving you feeling disconnected. In therapy, we’ll explore these challenges and help you gain a sense of agency, confidence and direction.
