My Background and Approach
My present and past clientele includes those with behavioral and/or substance issues including anxiety, depression, grief, life transition issues, and anger management. I collaborate with clients on how to get from where they are in their lives currently to where they want to go. I use cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and motivational interviewing techniques to work with clients
