I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, struggling with cultural or gender related issues, maternal mental health, transitions/adjustments, unresolved childhood issues. I’m here to help you feel like yourself again. We will work together, at your pace! As a Latinx therapist, I bring my full self into the healing space—my culture, my lived experience, and my deep belief in liberation through connection. I believe therapy should honor your whole story, including ancestral wisdom, systemic impact, and personal resilience. I support movements for racial justice, gender equity, and decolonization in mental health. I center BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ voices in my work, creating space for authenticity, healing, and empowerment. I'm passionate about dismantling shame and helping folks reconnect to their inner knowing, cultural strength, and joy. Therapy with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in cultural humility. I see my role as a guide—not an expert—to support your growth in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
