You are willing to be challenged in the process of growth and prepared to explore unconscious patterns, strengthen connections to self and others, and overcome emotional difficulties.

As an empathetic therapist, I apply a person-centered lens that aims to assist clients through their self-discovery journey by empowering them and working on cognitive restructuring. I will collaborate with the client to address treatment goals and support them as they overcome obstacles and successfully cope with life's unpredictable challenges.
