About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth — I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical appointment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and develop tools to help you find balance, confidence, and clarity.
My Background and Approach
As a teacher I saw firsthand how emotional well-being impacts our ability to learn, grow, and thrive — at any age. That experience continues to shape my approach today: I view therapy as a collaborative process of learning about yourself, building new skills, and finding joy and balance in everyday life. In our work, I often draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic and strengths-based techniques — emphasizing an integrative and holistic approach to fit your unique needs and goals. I earned my Master of Social Work from Marywood University in 2021 and have experience supporting adults and teens in both private practice and community settings. I also continue to bring my teaching expertise to future teachers at Penn State University after 12 years in the early childhood classroom.
