About My Clients
As someone identified as AuDHD later in life, I know how exhausting, confusing, and lonely it can be to move through a world not built for you. But you don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support—if you struggle with executive functioning, motivation, emotional regulation, or even time blindness, your experiences are valid. Let's work together to build on your strengths, strengthen your coping skills, and help you reach the success you were born to have.
My Background and Approach
My approach integrates neurodiversity-affirming practice and trauma-responsive care through evidence-based modalities, including strength-based and solution-focused strategies, mindfulness interventions, narrative therapy, and behavior skills training. Drawing on my background in behavior analysis, I support my clients in discovering and building practical skills and understanding behavior within context, while centering relational depth, autonomy, and the client's lived experience. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including late-identified autistic and ADHD adults, as well as caregivers seeking supportive guidance. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, steady, and respectful- an environment where clients feel seen, understood, and validated, and empowered to show up as their full selves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they don’t have to perform, mask, or explain their existence. I see therapy as a partnership rooted in honesty, respect, and support in real life. I believe people grow when they feel seen and validated, and when others meet their challenges with understanding rather than judgment. My work is guided by the belief that change is possible, that small steps matter, and that clients already carry the wisdom they need—we uncover it together.
