I believe in your ability to heal and grow. With a person-centered approach, I focus on what’s most important to you. I’ve helped clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, and I’m trained in EMDR for deeper healing. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create change.

I believe that healing begins with being truly seen — not for who you think you’re supposed to be, but for who you are, right now. In our work together, my first priority is to offer a space that feels deeply safe, free of judgment, and rooted in genuine connection. I don’t come into the room with assumptions or a blueprint.
