About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults and young adults facing depression, substance use, trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Many are navigating life transitions or reintegrating into the community after hospitalization. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore healing, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, I bring experience working with individuals facing depression, substance use, trauma, and severe mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. My background includes supporting clients in inpatient psychiatric settings and helping them transition back into the community with stability and purpose. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs and goals. I believe in empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing while creating a nonjudgmental space for growth and self-discovery. Therapy with me is a partnership—we work together to uncover strengths, build coping tools, and foster meaningful change at your pace.
