About My Clients
I warmly welcome adolescents, parents, couples and families who are feeling overwhelmed by trauma, parenting stress, anxiety, or disconnection. If you’re juggling kids and relationships, longing for deeper connection, healing from past wounds, or simply wondering whether you deserve more than the daily grind—this space is for you. Together we’ll work in a safe, compassionate telehealth environment to build resilience, process pain, strengthen bonds, and bring your authentic self into the light.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist certified in EMDR and Prepare & Enrich, with years of experience supporting adolescents, parents, couples, and families. My background in trauma, anxiety, attachment, and relationship dynamics allows me to help clients find clarity, repair connection, and rediscover their strengths. I blend evidence-based approaches with a warm, grounded presence so clients feel safe enough to explore the hard things and empowered enough to make meaningful change. Whether you're navigating parenting stress, healing from past wounds, or strengthening your partnership, my goal is to offer practical tools and compassionate guidance that help you thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I come to this work as both a therapist and a mom who understands how complex, beautiful, and challenging family life can be. My faith shapes the way I show up—with compassion, humility, and a deep belief that every person carries dignity, resilience, and the capacity for healing. I value honesty, healthy boundaries, and the courage it takes to rewrite stories that no longer serve you. I’m passionate about supporting teens and parents, survivors of trauma, overwhelmed caregivers, and couples longing to reconnect. In my own life, I care deeply about mental-health education, advocating for adolescents, and creating spaces where families feel seen rather than judged. I believe therapy should be a place where you can breathe, be real, and bring your whole self—questions, doubts, faith, culture, and lived experiences included. When I’m not in session, I’m usually learning, volunteering in my community, or cheering on my kids. I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you—offering steadiness
