About My Clients
What would it feel like to have a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together? I work with neurodivergent adults and teens, BIPOC clients, and those facing chronic stress, anxiety, or life transitions. Many are new to therapy and unsure where to start. Together, we create space to slow down, build self-trust, and explore what healing can look like for you—at your pace.
My Background and Approach
Life rarely moves in a straight line—and we’re not meant to face it all alone. I support individuals navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional weight that often accompanies change. My work centers neurodivergent adults and teens, BIPOC clients experiencing systemic and cultural stressors, and those feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or out of sync with the world around them. My clinical training includes trauma-informed care, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and parts work (IFS-informed). I help clients regulate their nervous systems, deepen emotional awareness, set boundaries, and reconnect with their inner clarity and self-trust. My practice is relational, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally responsive. You set the pace, and I’ll be here to support your path toward clarity, connection, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and known. Growth and adaptation happen when we move at a pace that feels safe, honor our strengths, and navigate challenges together. Therapy is a space for curiosity, clarity, and building trust. Also... "No" is a complete sentence. Permission to protect your peace is always yours. You can say "yes" to yourself without saying "yes" to everyone else. It's ok to say "no" even if you feel guilty.
