About My Clients
I work best with thoughtful, motivated adults navigating trauma, life transitions, addiction, burnout, or psychedelic experiences. Many of my clients are professionals, creatives, or seekers—people who want to understand themselves more deeply and make lasting change. I’m especially attuned to those exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness, global mobility, and high-stress work environments. You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willingness to start.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience, including co-leading a Phase 3 FDA clinical trial of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction, and psychedelic integration. My approach is flexible, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices like relational therapy, mindfulness, and harm reduction. I’ve trained thousands of therapists in psychedelic integration and co-authored The Psychedelic Therapy Workbook. Whether you're recovering from trauma or seeking greater clarity and meaning, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to support your growth. My work is informed by deep clinical training, academic rigor, and lived experience. I meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the world. My work is guided by values of transparency, collaboration, and empowerment. As a dual citizen (U.S./Czech), I also understand the complexities of identity, belonging, and cultural transition. I support ethical access to psychedelic therapies and work to ensure these treatments are integrated with care and integrity. Outside of my private practice, I co-founded Fluence, a training company for psychedelic therapists, and continue to mentor clinicians in harm reduction and integration practices.
