About My Clients
II work with adults, particularly women and professionals in high-stress careers, who are feeling overwhelmed and ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients are balancing demanding jobs, relationships, family responsibilities, and constant pressure to perform. From the outside, they may look capable, steady and driven, yet internally they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot quite shift.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with almost 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges. I completed graduate school at The Wright Institute in Berkeley. My training includes Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. This integrative background allows us to combine practical coping strategies with body-based tools and deeper emotional processing so you can create meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief. Originally trained in Buenos Aires and now practicing in California, I bring a culturally attuned and relational perspective to my work. Clients often share that they feel both genuinely supported and productively challenged in our sessions. My goal is to help you feel understood, equipped with effective tools, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen. I value authenticity, emotional courage, and personal responsibility. I believe growth comes from both compassion and accountability, and I strive to bring both into the therapy room. I am committed to creating an affirming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. My practice welcomes clients across cultures, relationship structures, gender identities, and belief systems. As someone who has lived in different countries, I appreciate cultural nuance and the complexity of identity. As a parent, partner, and active community member, I understand the real-world pressures my clients face. Above all, I believe therapy should feel human. I intend to offer a space where you can show up fully, be met with warmth and respect, and leave feeling more grounded and capable in your life.
