We specialize in treating people who are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. If you are feeling overwhelmed or paralyzed with a sense of loss and hopelessness maybe it is time to get some support. We offer virtual therapy sessions from a secure online platform. We are based in Miami, but we provide services to Florida and New York residents.

We like to work with our client's strengths to promote empowerment and resilience. Through therapy, we seek to encourage, guide, and support our clients so they can tap into their inner strengths, their potential, and the resources available to them. We have a relatable and holistic approach to therapy and believe that healing comes in many different forms. We combine traditional talk therapy with non-traditional evidence-based modalities like breathing exercises, meditation, guided imagery, and expressive arts to help our clients. The therapeutic process offers a safe space for clients to express the nature of their situation, identify what they want or where they want to go, and explore alternatives to follow that journey.
