About My Clients
I have experience as an outpatient, and community-home based setting clinician. I work with families to help them build and foster relationships through healthy, and assertive communication. My ideal client is an adolescent , young adult or adult who is struggling with their behavior, school, relationships, trauma, depression, and other mental health ailments.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, my goal is to provide an open, and safe space for you to be true and kind to yourself. Through my humanistic approach, I work directly with you, through dialogue as a means to help you open up a window to your inner self. I strongly believe a secure, non-judgmental relationship between a therapist and client fosters growth and self-awareness.
