About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck in recurring relationship dynamics, are navigating life transitions or burnout, or are seeking to better understand themselves and their connections with others. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, relationships, and experiences from your past and present that influence the way you move through the world, while also paying attention to how emotions and stress show up in the body.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in attachment-based and relational perspectives, with attention to culture, identity, and the mind-body connection. I’m interested in how our relationships, past experiences, cultural backgrounds, and the patterns we develop over time shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. I bring curiosity and compassion to this work, creating space to explore these different layers of your experience and what feels most meaningful to you. When helpful, I also incorporate mindfulness and grounding practices to support greater awareness of the connection between the mind and body, informed in part by my yoga background.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, spending time near the ocean, or soaking up time in nature. These are some of the things that help me feel grounded and connected. I’ve found that the same sense of grounding can come from the small moments in everyday life, through rest, movement, connection, and simply being present.
