About My Clients
I work with humans, open to learning, who feel stuck in patterns, overwhelmed, or navigating anxiety, relationship conflict, or life transitions. Many are high-functioning on the outside but feel dysregulated or burned out internally. If you’re ready to understand the deeper patterns shaping your experience, not just manage symptoms, we’ll likely be a strong fit.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychotherapist (WI, NY), mediator, and Total Health educator with over a decade of experience working across clinical, educational, and performance settings. My work integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and relational dynamics to help clients understand not just what they are feeling, but why. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, relational conflict, and performance blocks by shifting the focus from symptom management to understanding the systems shaping their experience. As a mediator, I also support high-conflict situations by creating structure, clarity, and accountability. Clients benefit from a practical, insight-driven approach that builds emotional intelligence, strengthens communication, and creates sustainable change beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe many mental health struggles are not personal failures, but natural responses to overwhelming environments, relationships, and systems. My work is grounded in equity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human experience. I am especially committed to helping people feel seen beyond labels or diagnoses and to creating spaces where honest, meaningful conversations can happen. I value self-awareness, accountability, and the ability to repair and grow in relationships. I support approaches that consider the whole person, including their cultural context, lived experiences, and nervous system. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build agency, and create lasting change that aligns with who they are and how they want to live.
