I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to have everything together on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected internally. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, client-centered therapy through secure virtual sessions across Maryland. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the root causes of emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and build healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is to help clients gain deeper self-awareness, improve emotional well-being, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Therapy is a journey, and I am committed to walking alongside each client with empathy, respect, and professionalism. Sessions are conducted through secure telehealth, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of space
