About My Clients
I work with individuals ages 18 and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, etc. I like to create a space for the clients I work with that is free of judgement so they are able to feel comfortable to be themselves. I do not pretend to be an expert in my clients lives, as I believe they are and I am here to simply be an aide in their journeys to healing and self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
My approach as a therapist is to provide you with tools that extend the strengths and abilities you already have. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral lens and use Brainspotting with the clients I work with to help them manage the symptoms they are experiencing from the stressors they are experiencing in their lives. I also work to provide education to each of my clients so they can understand what is happening with their brains and in their bodies when they are feeling anxious, depressed, or have experienced trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong belief that everyone has strengths within them to make changes or take steps towards healing. I want to be the person that helps guide each client on that path of their own self discovery and healing journey.
