About My Clients
I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My ideal clients are professionals, young adults, and those struggling with overwhelming emotions or mental health challenges. I specialize in providing support to those looking to improve their well-being, build coping skills, and gain confidence. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered and supported in their journey to healing.
My Background and Approach
I am a dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP) with expertise in psychiatric and mental health care. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health from Charles R. Drew University in 2020 and my Master’s in Family Nurse Practice in 2018. With six years of clinical experience, I have worked with diverse populations, including underserved communities. My approach integrates evidence-based therapy, medication management, and holistic wellness techniques to address mental health concerns. I believe in a client-centered, empathetic approach that prioritizes personalized care. Sessions focus on building coping skills, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Whether you need therapy, medication management, or both, I aim to help you achieve mental clarity and emotional well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about mental health advocacy and providing inclusive, stigma-free care. I support a holistic approach that integrates therapy, lifestyle changes, and medical management to improve overall well-being. I value diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health and strive to create a safe space for all individuals, regardless of background. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health care. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and engaging in mindfulness practices.
