You can be surrounded by people and still feel completely disconnected from your partner, your body, or yourself. Maybe sex feels like pressure instead of pleasure. Maybe desire feels distant, intimacy feels strained, or erectile dysfunction has begun to affect your confidence or your relationship. I work with individuals and couples navigating low or mismatched desire, erectile dysfunction, performance anxiety, intimacy challenges, and sexual shame.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Therapist, and Doctor of Clinical Sexology. My approach is caring, direct, and collaborative. We focus on understanding emotional, relational, and mind body patterns that keep you stuck and creating sustainable change. For some clients, I integrate clinically informed hypnotherapy as an optional tool to reduce anxiety, strengthen confidence, and support greater clarity and ease.
