I specialize in anxiety, depression, and family/relationship issues such as dating, pre-marital therapy, marriage counseling, divorce, and parenting. My approach is empathic and interactive. Sessions are tailored to meet each client's unique therapeutic needs. I help clients find their own authentic voice/values and step away from fear based decisions.
My Background and Approach
As an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University, I have learned that the best way to assist others is through collaboration and compassion. I am passionate about witnessing others grow emotionally and live more meaningful lives. My therapeutic experiences include but are not limited to the following: substance abuse, other addictions, motherhood issues, dating, breakups, premarital therapy, anxiety, depression, immigration issues , body image, and self esteem.

Together, we will identify your values in order to help you engage in life in more meaningful ways. I believe that the first step towards developing healthy relationships with others is creating a healthy relationship with ourselves.
