About My Clients

I work with adult clients of diverse backgrounds, with a particular passion for supporting those who feel like societal outcasts or that they just don’t quite “fit.” My practice is a nonjudgmental space for individuals to shed the labels others have placed on them and explore their true values. Whether confronting childhood emotional neglect, redefining their identity, or unpacking religious trauma, I aim to support clients in achieving their unique goals.

My Background and Approach

My experience, training, and interests have focused on addiction, childhood emotional neglect, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, cultic abuse, and animal-assisted therapy. Your emotional support animals are always welcome in session!
