About My Clients
Counseling is for those struggling with depression, anxiety, fear, confusion, low self-esteem, women issues, teen issues, mood disorder, anger management, etc. Some counseling modalities used are Brief Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) etc. We also offer Life coaching services for clients nationwide virtually and Social Work Clinical Supervision is also offered for licensed Master Social Workers in process to get their LCSW.
My Background and Approach
Blessing has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington (2016). She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021 and has a Supervision designation. Blessing has more than 9 years experience in counseling clients from diverse ethnicities, different mental health issues, and backgrounds. Blessing is empathetic, patient, a good listener and fully competent in counseling skills/techniques. Blessing is a Christian and offers clients an option to incorporate faith based themes into counseling, life coaching, and supervision sessions. Blessing received her professional life coaching certification from Light University (2023). Blessing enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, a cup of decaf coffee or tea and watching fixer upper tv shows.
