Clients can expect a warm and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and valued. I employ a solution-focused approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, parts work, and expressive arts to meet clients where they are. Together, we’ll build on strengths, set goals, and create meaningful, personalized growth.
My Background and Approach
I use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to support neurodiverse individuals and recent college graduates navigating a quarter-life crisis. I create a safe and supportive space where clients can build on their unique strengths, gain self-awareness, and move toward healing, growth, and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have experience volunteering with a crisis line focused on working with teens. I am passionate about civic engagement, domestic violence prevention and education, environmental sustainability, increasing tribal sovereignty, protecting LGBTQIA+ rights, and dismantling racist, classist, heterosexist systems of oppression.
