About My Clients
I work with adults of all backgrounds, with particular focus on LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring sexual intimacy, identity, or meaning.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist working with adults and people in diverse relationships (couples, poly, or somewhere in between) navigating change, identity, and meaning. My approach draws from attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build self-awareness, clarify emotions, and grow meaningfully. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in financial services, leading teams and managing change. That experience shapes how I think about transformation, responsibility, and the stories we inherit about success, identity, and connection. Shifting careers came from a deeper desire to work more directly with people’s inner experiences. My work encourages curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to sit with uncertainty. These are tools that help us make sense of what’s behind us and what’s unfolding now. I aim to support meaningful, sustained change by helping people explore how past and present patterns shape their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a gay man, I bring lived experience to work focused on identity, intimacy, and connection. I provide sex-positive, affirming care that welcomes diverse expressions of gender, sexuality, and relationship orientation, including non-monogamy and kink. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, relational pain, or something harder to name, I offer a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported in your process of self-discovery.
