About My Clients
My ideal client is one looking to heal and grow. I would want to be a supportive force helping to identify, examine, and develop goals related to making that change. From there we would be able to work to reach those goals. I am excited to work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, depression, anxiety, trauma concerns, and addictions.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed mental health counselor I have worked for the last 3 years in community mental health. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions or major life changes. During initial sessions we develop a timeline of concerns, identify difficulties and collaborate to form a treatment plan. From there we meet regularly and check in with progress and additional concerns.
