About My Clients
I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities, including refugees, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse and sexual trauma, and members of the LGBTQ community. I approach this work with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for the resilience clients have developed in order to survive. While trauma is a central focus of my practice, I also enjoy helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in the belief that no trauma is “too much” to talk about, and that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and not judged. I specialize in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy, which allow us to work both gently and effectively with the nervous system, core beliefs, and relational patterns shaped by past experiences.
