A lot of my practice is focused on working with client who are working to increase their ability to cope with hard to manage emotions that lead to hinderances in clients living their best life. This can look like chronic depression and anxiety, difficulty with impulsiveness, and long term loneliness.
My Background and Approach
I have been developing my therapy skills over the last 12 years to specialize in working with clients in developing skills and insight to treat their coping skills that prevent them developing a life that holds meaning , purpose, and value. I enjoy working with clients, their families and other professionals to build a support circle for clients.
