About My Clients
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and look forward to working with individuals who are seeking greater self-understanding, confidence, acceptance, and balance. Whatever brings you to therapy, I hope to provide a supportive environment where you feel encouraged to grow at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy at Adler Graduate School. I have worked in peer support, youth advocacy, and crisis intervention, helping individuals navigate difficult moments with empathy and compassion. I also have a background in the arts and enjoys painting, drawing, and exploring creativity as a way to foster reflection and personal growth. I specialize in Expressive Arts Therapy and enjoy incorporating creative approaches when they fit a client's goals and interests. Art, writing, movement, and other creative techniques can provide additional ways to process emotions, gain insight, and explore experiences that may be difficult to put into words. These approaches are always optional and tailored to what feels most comfortable for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. I enjoy helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel understood and supported.
