About My Clients
If you're here, you already know something isn't quite working — desire that doesn't match your partner's, sex that hurts, curiosity about kink or non-monogamy you haven't voiced yet, or just a sense that sex could feel better than it does. You might be single or partnered, monogamous or not. You don't need a tidy explanation to start. I work well with people who want real talk over hand-holding, and who are ready to name things specifically instead of dancing around them.
My Background and Approach
I work from an evidence-based, non-judgmental framework, but I don't do clinical distance. Sessions feel more like a conversation with someone who's genuinely curious about your experience than a formal evaluation. I meet people where they are — whether that's working through desire discrepancy, painful sex, kink and ethically non-monogamous dynamics, sexual trauma, or the everyday friction that shows up in intimate relationships. I use language that's specific and honest instead of vague or overly clinical, because I think naming things accurately is part of what makes change possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe sex is a normal, healthy part of life, not a problem to be managed or a topic to be tiptoed around. I believe consent and communication are non-negotiable in any dynamic, and that curiosity is a better starting point than judgment — for me and for my clients. And I believe therapy works best when it doesn't feel clinical for its own sake; it should feel like an honest conversation with someone in your corner.
