About My Clients

I work best with neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families navigating autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, emotional regulation, identity exploration, and life transitions. If you've spent years feeling misunderstood, masking who you are, or trying to fit into systems that weren't designed for you, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your strengths, build practical tools, and feel fully seen and supported.

My Background and Approach

As a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across private practice, acute psychiatric hospitals, and public elementary schools. These settings have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are—whether they're navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, neurodivergence, or major life transitions. I specialize in working with autistic and ADHD individuals using a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach that honors each person's unique way of experiencing the world. My practice is also LGBTQIA+, kink, BDSM, and sex-positive affirming, creating a space where clients can explore identity and relationships without judgment. I integrate art therapy, sandtray therapy, play therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build emotional regulation skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a place where people feel safe enough to show up authentically—without masking, performing, or fitting into someone else's expectations. As a queer, AuDHD therapist, I understand the importance of finding spaces where your identity and experiences are affirmed rather than questioned. My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and sex-positive values, and I strive to create an environment where clients of all identities, relationship structures, and expressions feel respected and welcomed. Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me surrounded by animals and plants, creating art, or embracing what I lovingly call "creative functional chaos." I believe healing doesn't require perfection—it grows through curiosity, self-compassion, play, and authentic connection. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to build a life that feels true to you.
