My Background and Approach
I graduated from Webster University with a major in Mental Health counseling for a master's degree. With over 8000 hours of face-to-face experience working with clients, I have honed my skills in providing effective therapeutic interventions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with a particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. By utilizing these approaches, I empower my clients to identify and modify negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness.
