About My Clients
My clients often have experienced complex trauma within their family of origin and may struggle with addiction, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, codependency, or patterns of caretaking.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves and with others. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which guides the majority of my practice. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and strengths-based approaches. My style is relational, experiential, and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating safety and space for meaningful exploration. Together, we’ll build safety, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Through curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore the parts of you that have learned to respond to life in particular ways, creating space for greater clarity, connection, and choice. I have experience working with anxiety, complex PTSD, addiction, relationship challenges, and the impacts of substance use. I have completed Level 1 training in IFS through the IFS Institute.
