Hopeful Steps Counseling (HSC) provides in-home and online therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. Our mobile treatment services extend to the counties of Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Berks, Delaware, and Philadelphia. We offer convenient virtual treatment through secure Telehealth video and phone sessions.
My Background and Approach
My counseling orientation is mostly Person- centered and Strength- based, however being flexible in therapy to tailor treatment for your individual needs is fundamentally important. I also practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My style is warm and empowering. I strive to meet you with compassion, empathy, and respect. Therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life experiences and I act a supportive guide throughout your journey. I believe in building authentic therapeutic relationships, utilizing idiosyncratic strengths to achieve goals, and developing individualized treatment for comprehensive care. My focus throughout my four years in private practice has been building resiliency to depression and anxiety, integrating wellness for co-occurring disorders, and healing trauma.
