About My Clients
Most people don't reach out when life is calm—they reach out when anxiety feels loud, relationships feel heavy, or life feels overwhelming. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical helping you feel grounded, gain clarity, and create meaningful change without therapy feeling cold or intimidating.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative, personalized approach, blending psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and the Gottman Method. For many teens and young adults, anxiety, identity, and relationship stress are all connected so we’ll look at the full picture, not just symptoms. You’ll get concrete tools for coping and confidence, and we’ll also explore the deeper patterns. When you’re in a season of change, everything can feel louder anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, and the pressure to “figure it out.” You don’t have to do that alone. Therapy with me is about untangling the knots, getting clear on what you want, and building the tools to move forward with more confidence, calm, and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and still be challenged to grow. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
