About My Clients

Finding the right therapist that can cultivate a healing relationship with you is so valuable and I am ready to take the journey with you.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma specialist and work with those who have experienced birth trauma and sexual trauma, as well as couples navigating these issues together. I use an energy psychology foundation to explore healing in a mind, body, spirit framework. I am trained in EMDR, EFT tapping, and Mindfulness to help my clients move past where they are stuck and into a life that feels more fluid and less anxious.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all one and when you choose to heal you raise your vibration. Everyone benefits from that energy. Changing the world begins with you and healing your traumas and childhood injuries is one of the most powerful things you can do to heal the planet.
