About My Clients
Do you feel broken, damaged or simply, not good enough? I specialize in helping people heal from traumatic experiences, dysfunctional relationships, and difficult in-laws. You may not know what to expect from therapy, but you know you need to find some sense of balance so you can move forward. Stress, anxiety, and depression are highly prevalent in our lives, and sometimes people need help and support in dealing with difficult situations.
My Background and Approach
I've been trained in EMDR and somatic experiencing with special attention in helping adults work through traumatic and stressful experiences. My client base is comprised of: Survivors of traumatic events including childhood abuse, divorce, death, emotional and physical abuse, difficult in-laws and toxic family members.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love working with people who have experienced difficult life events because survivors of traumatic experiences are some of the most courageous people I have ever met. I'm compassionate but most importantly, I am committed to my clients' healing. I want my clients to live life, not just survive life.
