My Background and Approach
Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief? Do you feel hopeless? Are the walls closing in? I empathize with your feelings and I don't want you to suffer any longer! I can help you with sensitivity, childhood traumas, and personal growth. I offer non-judgmental compassion and empathy, I want to guide you in helping your whole self through holistic practices. The unconscious is deep rooted and can control our thoughts and emotions, which in turn dictate our behaviors. All emotions are to be respected, they tell us something about ourselves. The goal is to not let negative emotions control our behaviors. Let's breathe! Grief work is my passion as I have personally experienced deaths and significant losses. I am an existentialist counselor. I am spiritual. LGBTQ affirming. I want to guide you in helping your whole self. My education includes school counseling, grief counseling, and professional counseling. I believe in whole growth: body, spirit, and mind.
