My Background and Approach
I am a trained therapist with experience using Cognitive-Mindfulness-Based Therapy (CMBT) to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. I have worked in school settings, with college students, and with individuals who have troubled or complex pasts, giving me a strong understanding of how life transitions, academic pressure, and early experiences impact mental health. My approach integrates evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies with mindfulness practices to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and practical skills that support lasting, meaningful change.
