About My Clients
I work with high-functioning adults navigating burnout, ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and emotionally demanding environments. If you’re the one everyone relies on - but you’re quietly exhausted - this space is for you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Kansas-based therapist working with adults who appear to have it together but feel burned out, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted underneath. Many of my clients are high-functioning, dependable, and used to carrying a lot for others while quietly running on empty. I focus on burnout, anxiety, ADHD, chronic stress, and emotionally demanding environments. I often support people balancing work, caregiving, school, or leadership roles who feel pressure to keep pushing, even when it’s taking a toll on their mental health. My approach is down-to-earth, validating, and evidence-based. There’s no judgment, forced positivity, or pretending everything is fine. We work on understanding what’s really going on, building emotional regulation skills, and finding practical tools that fit your real life. Sessions are collaborative, honest, and human. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we swear. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported so life feels more manageable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and real - not intimidating or performative. I value honesty, consent, autonomy, and meeting people where they actually are, not where they think they’re supposed to be. I’m supportive of LGBTQ+ identities and believe mental health care should be inclusive, affirming, and accessible. I also believe burnout is not a personal failure - it’s often a response to systems, expectations, and environments that demand too much for too long. I care deeply about reducing shame around mental health, especially for people who are used to being “the strong one.” You don’t need to earn support by being in crisis. You deserve help simply because you’re human.
